Hmmmmm… We’ve actually thought about doing what Jim suggest in Idiocy Imperils the Web, but we wanted to take it one step further. We wanted an Email Wall of Shame. Anyone who more than twice infects their computer with a virus would be placed on the wall.
Sadly, I don’t think it would work. People would stop asking for help because of being (rightly) embarrassed.
