What is the best? Reliability? Durability? Quickess? Size? Intimidation? Convenience? Personally, I think I like reliability the best. Will also take lots of pain of jumping through hoops should something get the job done.

Interesting concept. Use a rating system like bond ratings to evaluate cybersecurity. Companies that depend upon others having a good rating could then know not to do business with those companies with bad ratings.
