I am a few books ahead at 34. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/user_challenges\/1851760\" data-slimstat-tracking=\"true\" data-slimstat-callback=\"true\">My Goodreads user challenge<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read at least 50% by female authors.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0Of the 34 books read so far,\u00c2\u00a028\u00c2\u00a0are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/review\/list\/767304-ezra?page=1&amp;shelf=goal2015%2Cauthor-female\">by female authors<\/a>, so I am on well above with 82%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Weightlifting:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Bench 185\u00c2\u00a0pounds (1RM equivalent).<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0My best during the past month or so is 157.5\u00c2\u00a01RM. That is 50.5\u00c2\u00a0up from the 107 1RM back at the start of the year. Just 27.5\u00c2\u00a0more\u00c2\u00a0to go. I was recently happy to manage two 45 lb plates on the bar 5x5s. Guess I get to be a big boy now.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Squat 245 pounds (1RM eq).<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0My best during the past month or so is 262.5\u00c2\u00a01RM. That is 155.5\u00c2\u00a0up from the 107 1RM back at the start of the year.\u00c2\u00a0That completes the goal. Guess I will reset for another 105 pounds for 350.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadlift 300\u00c2\u00a0pounds (1RM eq).<\/strong> My best during the past month or so is 273.33\u00c2\u00a01RM.\u00c2\u00a0That is 121.67\u00c2\u00a0up from the 151.66 1RM last quarter. Just 26.67\u00c2\u00a0more\u00c2\u00a0to go.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drop to\u00c2\u00a0about 15% body fat.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0No progress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bring HIIT up to about 50-50.<\/strong> No progress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take a trip at least 300 miles away from home.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0Completed first quarter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Declutter Part II.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0No progress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is where I am\u00c2\u00a0about\u00c2\u00a0halfway through the year.
