I watched her talk at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AzlCIS072_Y\">Leading@Google<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0a couple weeks ago because I could not find her TED. Now the TED is available.<\/p>\n<p>My family very much was the one where we would hang out together reading. I&#8217;ve always been the one to hang back and\u00c2\u00a0watch and observe until comfortable. Before I even understood systems, my mind was attempting to reverse engineer them.
