I saw an email from them where they charged me for $359 (for the same stuff x2). I sent a WTH email. I read my RSS feeds next and found out the above issue.<\/p>\n<p>I understand the mistake. I appreciate the quick resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently the above link <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techcrunch.com\/2008\/01\/15\/dreamhost-overbills-customers-75-million-uses-homer-simpson-to-deliver-apology\/\">upset some people<\/a>? None of the humor they use they admit mistakes makes me laugh.
