I&#8217;m not that huge a fan of decimal. We use it, I accept it. Any time the leading tens or hundreds changes, we feel the need to celebrate it over the others. So, 20th, 30th, 40th&#8230; 100th are more important birthdays.<\/p>\n<p>Oddly 16, 18, and 21 are also important. Well, 16 is 2<sup>4<\/sup> and the base of hexidecimal. 18 is 2*3<sup>2<\/sup>. 21 is 3*7. <\/p>\n<p>So I would like to celebrate the positive integer exponents of two&#8230; 2<sup>5<\/sup> (32), 2<sup>6<\/sup> (64), and maybe 2<sup>7<\/sup> (128 could be possible soon?) &#8230; as important birthdays. We could throw in some others such as 3<sup>2<\/sup> (9), 3<sup>3<\/sup> (27), 3<sup>4<\/sup> (81), 5<sup>2<\/sup> (25), 6<sup>2<\/sup> (36), 7<sup>2<\/sup> (49), (8<sup>2<\/sup> is 2<sup>6<\/sup> and 9<sup>2<\/sup> is 3<sup>4<\/sup>), and of course 10<sup>2<\/sup> (100).<\/p>\n<p>Nevermind&#8230; I&#8217;ll just call myself crazy&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Call me crazy.
