So Dreamhost who I use for hosting my domains had a big whoops today. I saw an email from them where they charged me for $359 (for the same stuff x2). I sent a WTH email. I read my RSS feeds next and found out the above issue.
I understand the mistake. I appreciate the quick resolution.
Apparently the above link upset some people? None of the humor they use they admit mistakes makes me laugh. That they proactively deal with mistakes keeps me a customer.
